Dr. Morel is a transformational executive and servant leader with a diverse background in administration and operations across various sectors, including government, non-profit, education, and small/medium-sized companies. With expertise in administration, executive management, human resources, performance and talent management, operations, quality assurance & quality improvement, strategic leadership, and partnerships, Ariel brings a data-driven approach and a passion for technology to drive change, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Ariel has achieved notable successes, generating cost savings and revenue streams totaling over $100+ million and serving thousands of clients from ages 0-65+.

  • Deputy Managing Director  at a nonprofit consulting firm: spearheaded the administrative and operational evolution of a novel initiative within a swift 8-month timeframe. This initiative bore fruit by establishing connections with more than 150+ BIPOC/Women-led nonprofit organizations and matching them with technical assistance partners. This strategic collaboration resulted in a substantial injection of over $1.5 million in support aimed at enhancing data and evidence-building capacities across these organizations. 
  • Senior Director of Administration at a tribal government: successfully acquired and managed more than $11 million in funding from local, state, and federal sources during the year 2019. This funding played a pivotal role in advancing various programs that directly contributed to the betterment of the communities served. With adeptness, provided steadfast support to effectively manage a budget exceeding $150 million, overseeing the operations of 12 distinct departments. Skillfully navigated through complex political landscapes while also aligning strategic initiatives to fulfill both organizational and community requirements, supporting over 4,000+ tribal members throughout the reservations and United States.
  • Director of Quality Assurance & Quality Improvement within a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting pregnant women, fathers, infants, and children: orchestrated the introduction of a powerful tracking system. This innovative system harnessed data to not only pinpoint areas of potential growth but also to secure a substantial $1.8 million in revenue. Our data-centric strategy proved instrumental in boosting revenue figures, catalyzing a remarkable expansion across the entire state. This expansion, in turn, precipitated sweeping policy modifications and enhancements at a statewide level. The paradigm shift in our data collection practices also laid the foundation for the development of a comprehensive client records management system (CRM), which was seamlessly implemented on a statewide scale. Ariel is the Chief Executive Officer and President/Founder of O³ Consulting Group, LLC which provides a range of services including business administration, strategic planning, talent management, and quality assurance. The consulting group focuses on supporting small/medium-sized historically underrepresented business owners, empowering them to thrive and grow in their respective industries.


Outside of his professional pursuits, Ariel volunteers his time to various causes, serving on boards and advocating for issues he is passionate about. He actively engages with elected officials, professional associations, and non-profits, working towards positive change and giving back to marginalized groups such as LGBTQIA2S+, elderly individuals, and youth. Ariel has also shared his knowledge and expertise through presentations and speaking engagements, offering insights from his business experience and life's journey.


Ariel holds both a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Innovation and an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from National University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, and dual Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Additionally, Ariel is certified in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.   • Fraud Management Officer - Regis currently holds the pivotal position of Fraud Management Officer at Entel, where he employs his strategic insight and keen analytical skills to safeguard the organization against fraudulent activities.  As a fraud prevention officer, he has developed the commercial and technical fraud control model with machine learning and near-real-time events. In addition, he led the development of telematics or IoT products for passenger transportation, heavy cargo and car sharing services. He has  also led the development of the B2B2C strategy and “Family and Friends” corporate products.
  • Service Line Manager for Telematics Products - In his capacity as the Service Line Manager for Telematics Products, Regis exhibited exceptional product management expertise. He orchestrated the successful development and launch of cutting-edge telematics products, contributing to Entel's competitive edge in the market.
  • VP Digital Business B2B - As the Vice President of Digital Business B2B, Regis navigated the dynamic landscape of digital transformation.
